Q.以前販售過的周邊商品、CD還會再販售嗎？

現在只有考慮再販售專輯，

過去販售過的周邊商品都不會再出產了。

請耐心等候新的周邊商品唷！

Q.活動的門票什麼時候會開始販賣呢？

除了在Musumen。的官方網站及blomaga（blog）上公佈的內容以外，

詳細資訊還沒確定的情況下都不會公佈進一步的消息。

Q.關於Musumen。的照片及圖畫的使用範圍

・    禁止使用於Twitter、LINE等網路社群平台的大頭貼（頭像）、版頭及背景圖片。

・    在Twitter、LINE等網路社群平台上介紹Musumen。的情況下，可以使用影片的截

圖、允許拍照的活動相關照片以及Musumen。自己上傳的照片。11111111111

對照片進行編輯或後製都是OK的，也可以設為自己的手機的待機畫面或電腦的桌布。

※盡量用帥一點的照片唷！

・    將自己繪製的Musumen。圖畫設成大頭貼（頭像）是OK的。111111111111111111

1111但是，在未經他人許可下使用別人繪製的圖畫是會有法律責任的。1111111111111

・    禁止在網路社群平台上公開Musumen。所販售的DVD截圖或是雜誌的內頁。11111

為什麼不能將照片設成大頭貼（頭像）、版頭或背景圖片呢？

擅自使用他人的照片是有法律上的責任的（肖像權），

如果取得本人的認可的話就OK，

但是我們沒辦法一個一個回覆大家，

全面同意的話，也許會造成不知情（法律責任）的人增加，

而我們也接獲

「碰到了疑似將本人照片設成大頭貼（頭像）的詐欺人士，請問是本人嗎？」等疑問，

也發生了因此被誤認為是本人而引起受騙者不愉快的情況，

所以，我們決定全面禁止將照片設定成大頭貼（頭像）、版頭及社群平台的背景圖片。

Q.我想寄信和小禮物給Musumen。請問要寄到哪裡呢？

Q. Will the previous goods and CDs be sold again?

Only the CDs are considered to be sold again.

The previous goods would not be produced.

Please look forward to our new goods.

Q. When will the ticket begin to sell?

The specific information will not be announced till the information is posted on official blog and blogmaga (blog).

Please wait for the latest news.

Q. About the usage of Musumen’s photos and picture

l   The pictures and images of Musumen are not allowed to use on Twitter, LINE, or other social network platform as profile photos, banners or backgrounds.

l   The capture of video, pictures which are allowed to be taken in the event or uploaded by members are allow to be used for introducing purpose on Twitter, LINE and other social network platform. Ps. The handsome photos of members are recommended.

l   It’s ok to use the pictures drawn by oneself as profile photo. However, using pictures which are drawn by other people without permission shall assume legal responsibility.

l   The DVD screenshots and magazine pages of Musumen are not allowed to post on any social network platforms.

The reason why we do not allow our photo be set as the profile photo, banner and background.

Using individual photo without permission shall be considered as violating the right of publicity. The permission of individual is needed if you would like to use his/her photo. Thus, we don’t have time to check and reply all of the requests. If we agree all the request of using our photo, then it will cause more and more people don’t know the law. In other case, we got questions like “Is the person who uses the photo as profile a real member of Musumen?” Some people had bad experience and been cheated by the faker who used our photo.

As the result, we decide to forbid our photos be set as profile photo, banner and background of social network platform.

Q. If I would like to send letters and gifts to Musumen, where I can send to?

Please send the mail and gifts to the address listed as below.

Also, please kindly note that fresh food, animals and food are not acceptable.

Q. Is it proper to buy Musumen’s goods and tickets on online auction?

Please do not purchase goods or tickets on online auction.

We also suggest to resell ticket in original price between friends.

Q. May I make Musumen’s goods to sell?

No.

The budget of Musumen’s lives and costumes is from the revenue of goods and CDs.

It’s fine to share with friends.

Thus, do not assemble people on twitter or other social network platform to purchase.

Q. May I use Musumen’s songs to upload tried to danced/sang works?

Sure!
