概要
在某排行榜影片上倍受注目、人氣一躍而上，並以北海道為活動據點的舞者。官方年齡是35歲（笑）。
初次的個人影片【tomitake】Happy Synthesizer【試跳】 在該分類排行榜奪下第四名。
同時，與夜徒(yato)共同以「yatomitake」的組合展開活動。
2011年6月19日於NicoNico Dance Master2的活動中，作為男校2年5班的成員登台演出。
2013年4月29日於Musumen。的單獨迷你公演上，加入morning musumen成為新成員。
野崎便當頭部消失事件

事件是發生在六月的某一天從機場前往市區的列車上。
tomitake、野崎便當、夜徒等人，為了要參加NicoNico Dance Master2的活動，遠從北海道動身前往本州。看著野崎兩手提滿要給白服等人的特產及行李，心地善良的tomitake提出要幫野崎拿可說是他的代表物的頭套 。
或許是長途跋涉的疲憊，野崎遞出頭套，而tomitake滿心歡喜的接下了。野崎也不忘叮嚀「你不要拿著拿著就忘了喔」，除了當事人以外在場的所有人（有可能包含夜徒）都注意到了這一句話將一語成讖。
抵達目的站後，率先下車並回頭看了tomitake一眼的野崎瞬間臉色大變。
而tomitake困惑地看著橫眉怒目、火冒三丈的野崎。

野崎宛如尤塞恩‧博爾特 締造世界紀綠時般的光速，衝回列車上解救回了自己的頭。
當晚被怎麼處置了不難想像。
……tomitake「有生以來，我第一次覺得自己這麼接近死亡邊緣。」
個人佳績
2012年3月，tomitake與@kuramo共同演唱了「A Whole New World 」（製作 : 恐怖。）不僅是美聲和幽默感，那表演張力更是驚艷了所有的觀看者，也因此奠定了自己的個人佳績。

The
Case of the Missing Head
The story began on a train leaving for airport
on a day of June.
Tomitake, Nozaki bento and Yato were
leaving Hokkaido for participating in NicoNico Dance Master2 held in Honshu.
Tomitake saw Nozaki’s hands were carrying the luggage and souvenirs for
Shirofuku. Tomitake who was kindhearted suggested that he can assist Nozaki to
hold the head which was a representation of Nozaki.
Nozaki seemed to be suffering from travel
fatigue, so he gave the head to Tomitake.
Tomitake took the head gleefully. Meanwhile,
Nozaki has reminded him “Don’t forget to bring it whit you”. Everyone there (included
yato) has expected the reminder might come true except Tomitake himself.
After they arrived at their destination,
Nozaki, the first person who got off train, looked back and saw tomitake at a
glance. Then Nozaki’s expression suddenly altered. Tomitake looked at him and
was wondering why he’s so angry.
( ◞≼◉ื≽◟◞౪◟◞≼◉ื≽◟) “Tomitake……Where’s
the head?”
There was a brief silence. Then Tomitake
shouted “The HEEEEEAAAAAAAAD”

Suddenly, Nozaki rushed to train and saved the
head. His speed is just like Usain St. Leo Bolt who has set the world record in
the 4×100 meters.
It’s easy to image what happened to
Tomitake at that night.
……Tomitake “This is the first time in my
life that I feel’m so close to death.”
Personal best
In March 2012,
tomitake sang “A Whole New World” with @kuramo. (produced by kyoufu ) The viewers
were impressed by his voice, sense of humor and performance.
Thus, the video
has become his personal best.
